If you have changed your mind or have any other problem with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns and Refunds

You have 48 hours from the date the order was placed to cancel a Registration or Sponsorship. To be eligible for a return, simply contact us here or call our office.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, typically 2-5, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping / Delivery

Confirmation and receipt are sent immediately to the email address entered during purchase. If further action is required of certain sponsorships (logo, etc.), we will reach out via phone or email.
